About Us (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. Do we offer mobile DJ services? (Do they travel to wherever you need them to go?)  We do offer a mobile Disc Jockey Service.  Based out of Springfield, PA...We service the East Coast...from Washington D.C. to New York City.  We will decide which DJ is best for your event and they will contact you to discuss your event in further detail.
2. How Long have we been in Business? All Around Sound Entertainment has been in business since 2000.  We are a multi-system company and we offer disc jockeys that can cater to any type of an event. 
3. Do We Have Our Own Equipment? All Around Sound Entertainment does have their own equipment and only uses professional audio disc jockey equipment.  We do not work with only one brand of equipment.  We will decide what will be best for your event based on the size of the hall and the number people attending your event. 
4. Can we supply references from past clients? All Around Sound Entertainment will supply references upon request.  Feel free to visit the testimonials page to view some now.
5. Do we offer Dance Floor Lighting? All Around Sound Entertainment does offer dance floor lighting as an additional option to any disc jockey package.  Pricing will vary based on the needs of your event.  We also offer lighting only rental packages.
6. Is this party DJ experienced with emceeing games, contests or other forms of entertainment you might request? All together, the Disc Jockeys that work with All Around Sound Entertainment offer decades of experience.  All of the Disc Jockeys know the most popular line dances...and games to play at children's parties.
7. What types of music are available? Does the DJ have the songs you want to hear? (?80s music, ?50s music, specific songs, etc.)? Feel free to browse our online song catalog.  We offer all music ranging from classical music to the hits of today.  We also offer specialty Disc Jockeys that are knowledgeable in various music styles. 
8. Does the equipment require any special power requirements? For the average party...we do not require any type of special power requirements.  Most of the time a party hall or a wedding hall can handle the power needed for disc jockey equipment.
9. How far in advance does the party DJ need access to the facility?  We would like access to the facility at least two hours in advance.  Our Disc Jockeys will arrive early in order to make sure everything runs smoothly and starts on time.
10. What is the TOTAL charge for all DJ services requested? All Around Sound Entertainment does not have any hidden fees.  The amount listed on the contract is the total fee.  Based on the requirements of the party...the total charge will vary. 
11. Do we require a deposit?  Yes.  We require a $100 Deposit for private parties and $150 deposit for weddings or Bar/Bah Mitzvahs. You may send the deposit via US postal service (Check or Money Order) or you may log into the website and make your deposit online using a valid Credit Card.
12. Do we operate with a contract? In the best interest of ourselves and our clients we do operate with contracts.  We do not hold any dates until the contract is returned to us with the necessary signatures.
13. Are you insured? Can you supply me with proof of liability? Yes, we are insured and will supply proof of insurance when requested.
14. Will you be willing to play requests and discuss music ahead of time? All of our clients have access to the client section of our website.  Here they can generate song request lists and the disc jockey at the event will be equipped with the list of all the songs that the client provides.  We will always make the attempt to get any special requests that may not be in our song catalog yet.  There are no extra fees or charges if we need to obtain songs that we do not have yet.
15. Do you provide backup equipment at my event? We are a multi-system company and there is always a back-up system. We have never experienced an equipment problem that has prevented a disc jockey from working an event.
16. Will you be suitably dressed for our occasion? Our Disc Jockeys will dress for the occasion.  If we are not told otherwise standard dress for a wedding is a tuxedo.  Formal Private Parties is dress shirt with tie. 
17. Do you belong to a professional organization or trade group? We belong to the Global Mobile Entertainers Association. We are the recommended disc jockey company of Davids Bridal in Springfield, PA.
